To register for a free lunch you must be experiencing Neuropathy symptoms or you are the guest of someone experiencing Neuropathy symptoms. Everyone is welcome to come to the seminar to learn about Neuropathy and if you do not qualify for the free lunch you can purchase your lunch or opt out of receiving lunch.
